Great location

Great location, very easy access to everything. Friendly staff. Bed comfortable. Value for money.

Could hear the noise from outside through the window. The place could do with a detailed clean, lots dust in room and corridor floor not clean.

Wonderful

Location - central, near the bus pick up points. Convenient if you arrive and depart Saigon using this mode of transportation. It was near enough to walk to Bui Vien without breaking a sweat, but far enough from the noise of the party goers. Toilet : Clean and modern with glass walls separating it from the room. If you feel your inner voyuerism coming out, you can shower with the roller blinds up. Has the usual toiletries free to use, but should it prove to not be enough, Circle K mart is only a few doors away. Room : Neat, tidy and smelt of potpourri upon entering. Comfortable bed, fluffy pillow and cold air conditioner (BIG plus point with this current heatwave - it was 35-39C). Receptionists on duty were great. Friendly and very helpful.

No safety deposit box. The hotel doesnt keep your passport upon checking in. Tho they do not clean the room unless requested, and there is a lockable drawer in the wardrobe, it still does worry the mind a wee bit when leaving valuables behind.

Reasonably priced room in a good location

My partner was very sick when we arrived and so the staff let us check in early (for a fee) which was very helpful. The free laundry (one top, one bottom, one undergarment) per night was useful. The hotel generally was as described and the location was convenient - very close to 'beer street' but without the noise!

The bathroom needed a bit of TLC

Location was great for getting on the airport bus. The local food market is just outside.

The toilet seat was of different model and should be easily fixed.

Great place in the center of the action.

No breakfast. Room was clean and everything worked fine. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

Room over the street was a bit noisy at times, but not real bad.

Good hotel at a central location

Great central location, helpful staff. Big, comfortable bed and an ensuite bathroom

The room could’ve been cleaner. The towels had some spots ok then and some hair. In general the room wasn’t dirty but also felt like it wasn’t cleaned properly between guests. There was also no room cleaning during the the stay.

It was a comfortable stay and definitely great value compared to other places in the area.

The location was great and staff were very friendly and attentive. Clean rooms and bathroom.

No window in the room.

A Pleasant Stay That Was Worth The Money

Excellent location and reasonable price. The hotel seems new with standard amenities for a long stay. Friendly and accommodating staff who's always there whenever you need. They responded quickly to my request for check-in early. Overall, I highly recommend.

The amenities in the room have some space for improvement. I wish it had a few more hangers in the closet to make it easier to unpack (only 3 hangers when I arrived). The hair dryer stopped working in the middle of the event. Otherwise, nothing else to complain. If I ever return? Yes!

Exceptional

We had a very comfortable 2 days stay at the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality and enthusiastic help, especially the male morning receptionist and the manager. We will definitely come back if we have a chance to go to HCMc next time

On weekends, the sidewalk in front of the hotel has many motorbikes, you have to wait for the reception to fold it up, otherwise it is quite difficult to go inside
